Shipping & Returns
Thank you for shopping at FIT GEAR CO.
Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.
Our standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.00.
Free shipping on orders over $100. In order to qualify for free shipping, your subtotal must be $100 or more after discounts have been applied and will be automatically applied to your total at checkout. Qualifying purchase amount of $100 does not include shipping or taxes.
Shipped packages should arrive within 5 -10 business days. We will be sure to communicate timeframes along the way.
FIT GEAR CO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
If an item is lost or missing with the shipping carrier, before being delivered to the shipping address provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We will initiate a lost package claim. It will take 7 days until a formal confirmation is received from the carrier, and a refund or reshipment can occur.
Domestic Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return.
- You have 25 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us. Orders past 25 days will not be accepted.
- All products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return.
Return for Refund:
- The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
- Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment less a restocking fee of $10.
- Due to different payment providers it may take 10-15 business days for this to appear on your statement.
Return for Credit and Gift Returns:
- The $9.95 restocking fee will be waived for store credit returns.
- Credit will be emailed to you within five business days of receiving the return.
- Credit is valid for 6 months.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Products with a manufacturer’s warranty;
- Nutrition products;
- Sale items
We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments, regardless of whether the item has yet to ship.

Once an order has been processed and a tracking number assigned, we are unable to make any further changes to the order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to update your order before a tracking number is assigned.
